ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE MINUTES
February 21, 2013     5:45 p.m.

Chairman Clapper called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.

  • Appl. 13-04P, 1496 Realty Associates LLC - request for site plan modification to construct a 3,744 sf warehouse building on property located at 1496 John Fitch Boulevard, Industrial zone
Mr. Jay Ussery of J.R. Russo & Associates presented the application for 1496 Realty Associates. They are proposing to construct a warehouse garage adjacent to the railroad and their existing 16,000 sf storage building called ‘Chem Station’.

The garage will be a metal building with a metal roof and will measure 192’ x 20’ and have 16 bays for the ‘Classic Car Club’. Mechanicals will be located at the end of the building. The building will have multiple copulas on its roof.

Wall pak lighting (full cut-off lights) for the front of the building is proposed. Privacy slats will be added to existing fencing to provide screening.  There are no other site improvements proposed at this time.

The Committee discussed the proposal and indicated that they were pleased with the architecture and plans as presented.  
The meeting adjourned at 6:10 PM.
